Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Emergency cases will be prioritized.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service
• We accept cash (EUR), credit cards, and debit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Receipts will be provided for insurance reimbursement

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect the quality of care and our ability to treat you safely.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Emergency Services

For life-threatening emergencies, call 112 (European Emergency Number) immediately. Our emergency services are for urgent but non-life-threatening medical issues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
